Norma has worked with and for people with learning disabilities and individuals on the autistic spectrum for nearly thirty years.  She is Chief Executive Officer of Values Into Action Scotland (VIAS) and has been with the organisation since 2009. VIAS provides a quality improvement service  The team help organisations to make rights a reality for the people they support. We evaluate support and suggest things that can be improved through quality checking;  offer training on a wide range of things that will improve the quality of support for people and give advice to people who are supported and their supporters on how to make things better.

 

We Are One symbolises everything that is good about inclusion and diversity and Norma is delighted that she and VIAS can continue to support the festival.
